  • How often do I renew my trade licence?

    A UAE trade licence is renewed annually. Missing the renewal date leads to fines and can block visa and banking transactions, so we track the date and handle the renewal before it lapses.

  • Can I change my company activities or shareholders later?

    Yes. Activities, shareholders, capital, trade name and legal form can all be amended after incorporation through the licensing authority. We prepare the resolutions and file the amendment for you.
