Layerz sets up companies in Dubai across the mainland, the free zones and offshore, and handles the visas, corporate banking, accounting, tax and compliance that follow. Each service below is managed end to end from our Sheikh Zayed office, with a fixed quote agreed before you commit to anything.
Layerz is a Dubai corporate services consultancy that handles the whole life of a company under one engagement. Company formation covers the mainland, every free zone and offshore; visa services cover the investor, employment, family, Golden and retirement routes; and corporate banking covers account opening, non-resident accounts and payment gateways. Each is run end to end from our Sheikh Zayed office with a fixed quote agreed before you commit.
Beyond setup, accounting and tax covers bookkeeping, VAT and the 9% corporate tax that applies above AED 375,000, with registration and filing handled to the Federal Tax Authority deadlines. Compliance and legal covers AML, the UBO register, ESR, trademark and IP, PRO work, attestation, power of attorney and DIFC wills. Company support keeps the licence live through renewal, amendments, office and Ejari, corporate secretarial and liquidation.
The thread across every service is one accountable team and a fixed, itemised quote, rather than a low headline number that grows later. We match the structure to where your customers are and how you plan to operate, cite every figure to its issuing authority, and carry the file from the licence through the visas to the corporate bank account, which is the step most setups find hardest.
