What happens after you get in touch?
An advisor reviews your plan and checks the activity against the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism for a mainland licence, or the relevant free zone authority such as DMCC or IFZA for a free zone one. You receive a recommendation on jurisdiction, the licence type, the residence visa quota, and a fixed all in quote covering both government and service fees, usually the same working day.
Which authorities handle your setup?
Your licence is issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism on the mainland or by the free zone authority inside a zone. Residence visas and Emirates ID run through the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship. Corporate tax and VAT sit with the Federal Tax Authority. Layerz prepares and submits to each one on your behalf.
Frequently asked questions
-
How fast will Layerz reply to my enquiry?
Every enquiry is answered within one working day. An advisor reads what you sent, checks the activity against the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and the relevant free zone rules, and replies with the right structure and a fixed all in quote. Call or WhatsApp for a same hour answer during office hours, Monday to Friday.
-
What should I include in my message?
Tell us your planned business activity, where your clients are, how many residence visas you need, and your budget. That is enough for an advisor to name the right mainland or free zone jurisdiction, the licence type the Department of Economy and Tourism or the free zone issues, and the documents the application needs, before you spend anything.
-
Can you set up my company without me flying to Dubai?
Yes. Most free zone licences, including IFZA and SPC, are issued remotely, so the company and its documents are ready before you travel. You come to Dubai later only for the Emirates ID biometrics once the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship are processing your residence visa.
-
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. You get a clear recommendation on mainland against free zone, the licence and visa quota that fits your plan, and a fixed quote covering government and service fees. You decide in your own time, with the full cost known up front.
